While picking up a new printer at Yodobashi Camera in Fukuoka, Japan I stopped by the magazine section and took this little video. It’s just to give you an idea of what is offered here in Japan. Japanese Mac users are just as dedicated if not more than other Mac Users in the US and other countries.

Of course the folks over at ifixit have already ripped apart the new iMacs!! So if you are interested in seeing what the inside of one of these technological works of art looks like, follow this link. When I look at the care they take to dissect hardware it brings back memories of trying to take apart one of the original iMacs with a buddy of mine. Needless to say it never did go back together very well and ended up looking like a cool piece of modern art or a bomb. LOL

I was getting ready to write a post asking which day is best to do podcast, but after checking out Mac Rumors, I think I will put a quick post up about the rumored new Apple hardware.
- Redesigned plastic MacBooks
- Redesigned “impressive” iMacs
- Mac mini updates, including one based on Mac OS X Server
- Multi-touch “Magic Mouse”
- A multi-touch “trackpad gadget” for desktop Macs
Since my 2+ year old MacBook died I have been in the market to replace it with something not so mobile. I am hoping to see a serious power bump in the Mac Mini as well as a little price drop. The solution I am looking for is mostly for podcast recording. I am kind of torn between getting that versus getting an iMac. It’s a hard call, but I have been waiting for some help from Uncle Steve.
Also these new touch interface objects (Can you still call it a mouse??) have peaked my interest. Show us what you got Apple!
